I am working with a Publisher and 29 subscriber. SQL Server Replication is Merge Replication. From Last Few Days I am founding a problem. When SQL Server job agent starts SQL Server 2005 Database Performance Drops Significantly. After anlyzing I have found that dbo.MSrepl_errors Table size of Distribution Database in 9.1 GB. At the time of information insert in this table, I doubt, The performance dropping issue occurs. Now I want to DROP the table dbo.MSrepl_errors and recreate it. Will it occur any problem during the sql agent starts again. looking forward to you.

I know you posted this a few weeks ago, but I sure hope you did NOT drop the table.

You can safely manually delete records from it. You can also try changing the history retention period. Can't remember off the top of my head if that applies to msrepl_errors or not, but can check it out.

Why so many errors?
