| Hi,We are using SP to send email through sql server. But when the length of the message exceeds more than 8000 characters, that entire message is not generating when the email sends out.Is there any other way we can send out the email when message exceeds more than 8000 characters. Please help. |

| Depends how you are sending the email. It should take a varchar(max) for the body.If it is the sp inteface then try retrievig the text from a table in the sp if you can't transfer more than 8000 chars.Could also try sending it as an attachment.==========================================Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.SSIS can be used in a similar way.Beer is not cold and it isn't fizzy. |
