when log ship fails..what r the steps that we need to do..how can we overcome when primary database goes offline..how can we bring the secondary database bring online..can any one send me d video files..or snapshot's..bcoz i read that in books..but i really dnt know how to do practically.. plz help..

It would just be a normal recovery that you'd do. If the primary's tlog is available, do a final tlog backup, copy it over to secondary, and restore it with recovery. If the primary isn't available, make sure you've restored all of the tlog backups that you've got on the secondary and then recover the database.
