Ok, now that we finally have our systems working together succesfully for our agent job which monitors db and table size, and compiles those results to a table, is there any way to script a mechanism by which we can export those table results to a pdf file? I would then put that in another agent job and clear the contents of the table collecting that data after the pdf is created.

you can host a report which pulls the table contents in sql report server and then in a job render the report as a pdf.

You must create a SSRS report. Then, you must create a subscription to this report. In the suscription process you can define how to suscribe (copy report in a shared folder or send by email) and the desired format (pdf is one the options)
