I want to grant permission to an user to view all the reports. We have 10 folders with different numbers of reports in them. However after granted him permission he is able to see only 2 instead of 10 folders. The way I did it is I went On SSRS server http://192.168.2.123/Reports -> FOLDER SETTINGS -> SECURITY -> NEW ROLE ASSIGNMENT and checked on all the ROLES |

I fixed it. I had to go to every folder and add the new user. |
