Hi there:

I have Sql Server Management Studio 2008 installed with SQL Server 2008 Express which was installed by Visual Studio 2010.

Recently I'm reading that some technology I need requires Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 RTM installed in my machine.

I read that this SQL Server 2008 R2 RTM comes with its Management Studio, will it interfere with the one I have already installed. I don't know how to uninstall the previous SSMMEE. What do you suggest me to do?

Rafael

Thanks in advance for your time

It won't interfere, you can have both installed.

It doesn't. What people have done is to change the subject to: [RESOLVED] ...

I'll do that now to yours since I'm a moderator here.

You would click the "edit topic" icon at the top of your original post on the right side. The icon is the one with a pencil on top of a folder. Then you'd edit the subject line.
