andy writes "If SQL Server has been installed incorrectly using the Per Processor Mode. Is there a quick and easy way to change this licensing mode to Per Seat without reinstalling Server 2000. In SQL Server 7 it was possible to go to the License Manager in Control Panel and make this change once but this option is no longer available."

I can't think of a way to do this, but it probably is stored somewhere in the registry. Even if you find it though, I wouldn't recommend changing it in the registry. It would be best to just reinstall the product.
