hi team, i have a .trc trace file and i need to convert it in excel format, is there any tool

Import it into SQL Server using either SQL Profiler or fn_trace_gettable to read it like a table. Then you can use bcp/SSIS/export wizard to export the results to a csv file, which Excel can easily read. So this will be a two-step process.

WHY...would you want to do that?

You lose the ability to query the data in a sql server table
