New to the Reporting Services and never got exposed to neither create / modify the reports, as some has already created the reports and now I need to 'locate the query from these reports which is running in SQL Server 2005.

I could able to see the reports and able to execute but couldn't go to the EDITOR from where I can grab this query based reports.

Many thanks for your support help.

Thanks for getting back to me, We have the Report server and able to get see through the Query from the Database driven table called Catalog. The path as: '/Data Analysis Reports/Data Sources/Reports - Mirage'.

I dont have idea how to get into this PATH from this server.

Alternatively, Could you give step as to where I should START to get to see the Basic things from to view the SQL Query Code.

Sorry for this since I am totally new to Access the Reports.

Thanks Again.

http://reportsvr2005/Reports/Pages/Folder.aspx is the Portal address.

But couldn't succeed in getting the Query Content on getting inside the reports Generation / Execution.

In other words, I can execute by giving necessary parameters but couldn't get the QUERY which was used for this report.

Any Help many thanks.

Are you able to run a trace so that you can get the queries? That's what I would do from a DBA standpoint.

I am not able to see the Trace to run since I am Junior in team and senior DBA's were on Holidays.

Since new to this, just need to get the queries for the background of this report(s).

Thanks Again.

Then you are going to need to ask someone for help as it doesn't seem your permissions allow any of what you want.
