Hi -- When I ask for an execution plan, I see a hilighted "missing index" line. If I hold my mouse over that, a box appears with a CREATE INDEX statement that would build the missing index.

How can I copy that suggested CREATE INDEX statement to the clipboard or a new query so that I can work with it?

Right click -> Missing Index Details

p.s. It's a suggestion, not a directive. Don't assume that the suggested index is correct, ideal or necessary. It may be none of those.

If you right click and select the "Missing Index Details", you should be able to copy it.
