Why we not able to have more than one clustered index for a table?

Because the clustered index is the table. Why do you need more than one? You can sort of do it with this: http://weblogs.sqlteam.com/tarad/archive/2009/11/09/Multiple-ldquoclusteredrdquo-indexes-on-a-SQL-Server-table.aspx

Can you please tell any one case where we really want to do this? I've thought a bit and cant make out when one needs to create multiple clustered indexes?

I haven't a clue actually. I've never used it, but it came up in a discussion with a MS engineer (SQL Server expert), so shared it in a blog article.
