As Tara says, you need to design the backend query in such a way to pull the required tables after joining them on related fields. There's no other shortcut to it.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------SQL Server MVPhttp://visakhm.blogspot.com/ |

You don't need different data sources for this. Just use the three part naming convention in the query for the other databases. If some are on a different server, then you could choose to use the four part naming convention via a linked server.Tara KizerMicrosoft MVP for Windows Server System - SQL Serverhttp://weblogs.sqlteam.com/tarad/Subscribe to my blog |

you cant join data from multiple datasources inside report unless you're applying some aggregation. So you should do it in backend queries exactly as Tara suggested------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------SQL Server MVPhttp://visakhm.blogspot.com/ |
