| There are a number of different ways to do this - if you have simple flat files or Excel files, probably the simplest method is to use the Import/Export Wizard. You can launch the import/export wizard from SQL Server Management Studio by right clicking on the database name in Object Explorer and selecting Tasks -> Import Data.Other methods include:SQL Server Integration ServicesBCP, Bulk Insert,Openrowset etc. |
