i saw an article about reindex and how to do it. Assuming that i used reindex, will it include the table? I mean, if i defrag the index, will the table be included?

I don't know much about sql server 7. please help.

If you don't know much about SQL Server, you probably should not be running these types of commands. These commands are resource intensive and should be performed by a DBA or by someone with experience.

DBCC DBREINDEX "rebuilds one or more indexes for a table in the specified database." (According to SQL Server Books Online)
