We use a windows login to deploy the reports I asked IT to change the password due to security reasons. They changed it I tried it and it worked. Next few hours later I try again. However this time doesn't work. I ask IT to reset pwd again 2 times and I still have the same issue. It works then after a few hours it won't. Any ideas what is going on and how do I fix it? |

By "doesn't work" do you mean the account is locked? If so it probably means something is trying to log in with the wrong password and auto-locking the account.See if any services are using this account and either change them or update the password they're using. |
