we have fill factor different for all indexes is there
a system table or any sql to get the fillfactors for each index.

Yes, it is in the OrigFillFactor column in the sysindexes table.

It gives the original fillfactor when the table is created but we
changed on some indexes to 90 and some to 80.I can see 0(Zero) in
the origfillfactor column in sysindexes table
