If you have a product like Log Explorer (http://www.lumigent.com/) you can recover the records from the transaction log. Otherwise you'll need to take a transaction log backup, temporarialy restore a copy of the database under a different name and restore the transaction logs up to a point in time before the delete. Then you can transfer the records back into the real database and drop the temporary one.

If you have a full backup (Prior to the deletion) and you are in full recovery mode. Simply made a tlog backup, and recover to a point in time just before you made the deletions.
