I am using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 2008 to retrieve information from AX 2012. The table relations in the AX AOT is just what I'm looking for, however I will not have access to them. Is there a way that I can get the table relations by using a query?Here's an example of what I am looking for:TableName ColumnNameofTable RelatedTableName ColumnRelatedtoCusttable ContactPersonID ContactPerson RecID ORSomething that would give me this:Custtable.contactpersonId == ContactPerson.RecId Let me know if I need to give more information. |

| I dont think so you'll be able to extract out table relationship detail from AX using linked server. you can get metadata information about AX tables though in sql server by dumping it into temporary table and querying against catalog views for it------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------SQL Server MVPhttp://visakhm.blogspot.com/ |
