What is WTS ?Where is your local machine ? and where is Server B residing ? From what you describe, it seems like Server B is behind some sort of firewall. And if this is the case, most probably you will not be able to direct access to the SQL Server. Unless the TCP port is exposed. The best bet is to ask for a VPN access to the Server B directly. Then you can access to SQL Server from your machine. KH
Time is always against us
|

| Hi KH.They call it WTS(windows trerminal service) but it looks like a normal server 2003.yeah, it's behind firewall that's the reason we can only access from the WTS.so there's no way to direct connect. but what dya mean by TCP port~~~who controls the past controls the future, who controls the present controls the past. ¯\(º_o)/¯ ~~~ |
