| I don't understand your question. Are you asking about an error that you got when you performed a restore? If that's the case, then it sounds like your backup file is bad. You should search MS' knowledge base for error 3624. I went through a few of the articles, but without knowing the specific details it is impossible to know which article applies to your environment.
