| I have run the following command on a database of users, to change the domain part of their email address:update users;set email=replace (email, 'domaina.com' 'domainb.com')select * from users;and it runs fine, but it does not diaplay the records (i.e. does not run the last line - "select * from users")What am I missing? |

| Depends on your client. Could be running it but not presenting the result - or could not be running it - or displaying the result somewhere you don't expect (maybe hidden).==========================================Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.SSIS can be used in a similar way.Beer is not cold and it isn't fizzy. |
