1.how to identify whether the ticket has came from production server or dev\test server?2.can anybody explain how will u assign the ticket and resolve in bmc remedy what is the step by step process?3.who will decide the incident priority? |

hi this is srinivas.i have faced these questions at interview.so plz give a answer its related to sqlserver dba.let me explain my question we have three environments production,test,dev and using third party tool bmc remedy wher we can get the issues.so whenever the issue\ticket came how can we identify from which environment it came? and along with ticket what information we get? |
