What ticket are you referring to? What is bmc?

Are you using SQL Server?

Your question doesn't seem to be about SQL Server. It seems to be about perhaps a third party product. I would suggest contacting the vendor of the product.

the questions is related to the third party tool bmc, not SQL Server. As Tara suggested, try checking the product website or their support forum.
