| To make the field values in upper case like 'VALUES' we can use UPPERCASE(ColumnName) function, to make the field values in lower case like 'values' we can use LOWERCASE(ColumnName). is there any function to get the values in InitialCapital value like 'Values'.Thanks Subha |

| something likeselect stuff(lower(ColumnName),1,1,upper(left(ColumnName,1)))==========================================Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.SSIS can be used in a similar way.Beer is not cold and it isn't fizzy. |
