I just got an android smartphone and I'm exploring apps for it and found a work related need. I have some tSQL files on the phone from a past job and I want to look at them. My phone won't open them unless I have a reader file. I've done some searches but not seeing any tsql reader apps. I don't need to connect to data or view results of a query. It's the actual .sql files I want to look at. What do you guys use?

Normal T-SQL files can be opened in any text editor such as notepad. You should be able to open them with any text editor. If you can't, there's something different about those files. Get them onto a computer and see if notepad works.

The files all work. it's just opening them on a mobile device to review them. That's what I want to do.

Try Astro File Manager, it's free. Either that or any free document viewer app. You might have to change or remove the file extension. I know Gmail will open SQL file attachments as text.
