Check login records in the SQL log, but I think by default SQL logs unsuccessful login attempts only.Checking Windows log, that may help too. |

verified the windows log,but there was no details or login that specifies the sqlserver restart. |

Check who was logged just before, at Server level. It may give you a clue.Like I said before, if MS-SQL has not been configured to do a full audit, successful events won't be recorded on the SQL log I think. |
