| Hi All i need urgent help on thisSQl full backup file was of 14gb yesterday now it shows 3gb..why so rapid reduction?and i also found that once tlog back file was 17gb but later it came to normal.. |

| Large log component? Did you have a transaction open for a long time? Was a snapshot open - don't know if that affects it as I don't use them.==========================================Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.SSIS can be used in a similar way.Beer is not cold and it isn't fizzy. |
