Is there any online tutorials based on creating a whole database on sql server 2008?

your question is a bit vague, creating a database can having a lot of meanings, creating tables...etc, or txt files or Excels....and so on.

if you don't need to write a script you can use Enterprise Manager, right click on databases and create one as well as its contents.

OR you can use Query Analyzer if you need to develop your database writing SQL scripts.

Anyways, be more specific (what you really need )so you can get help quickly.

have a look at CREATE DATABASE, CREATE TABLE, ALTER TABLE ADD CONSTRAINT and INSERT statement syntaxes in BOL

try it out yourself and if you face issue post here to get help.

this page maybe helpful, this will only help you how to create it graphically, there's little scripts examples provided under a link on this page, BUT it will do the job.

As visakh16 said, try and read the MSDN doc, it is a very good place to start too.
