I am trying to write a sql statement in MS SQL Express that turns a flat table into a pivot table.

Sample data:

project id Date Amount
1 10/1/2012 10
1 11/1/2012 10
1 12/1/2012 10
1 1/1/2013 10
1 1/2/2013 10
1 1/3/2013 10
1 1/4/2013 10
1 1/5/2013 10
1 1/6/2013 10
1 1/7/2013 10
1 1/8/2013 10

And Returns this;

Project id 10/1/2012 11/1/2012 12/1/2012 1/1/2013 2/1/2013 3/1/2013
1 10
1 10
1 10
1 10
1 10
1 10

The Dates are dynmanic
