A script which works whenever a table is modified in the database and gives the output as the name of the field which is modified in the table.

Optin 1 is DDL triggers, but if you haven't yet implemented DDL triggers - check default trace

Thanks to All for support and replies,

But running trgigger is dangerous or not on production.
I want trigger for update command, if any column is updated in single table.
