hello all,
i need some urgent help of you people....
i have created an ssis package which is simply extracting data from database and after applying some data formation tasks it send the data to excel sheet.

i want to know that how can my colleague execute the task when i am not available to execute it by using his own user account on the same machine.

i am not talking about the sql server job agent.

you just need to select protection level as save sensitive with password and give a password for package. then store it in file system as a .dtsx file. Ask you friend to include the package in a integration services project in Bids it will ask for password. give password and they'll be able to execute/work on it
