 GUID insert error in table

I have a field in table its type is UniqueIdentifier
I have a guid and that is "ZC0EF4Q1-CW5F-CV64-4VAB-W14330VI49VE
".
But while inserting into table i am getting error "Message = "Could not find any recognizable digits."".
Can any1 please tell me the solution for it?

You have a bad string that cannot be converted to uniqueidentifier type. It has characters like Z,V, etc and they are not allowed

question is why you made field into unqiueidentifier if you want to store patterns like these. Are they generated from somewhere?
