Hi,earlier i scheduled a back up according to EST time zone as my clients belongs to EST.. now we have a new clients that are in diff time zone. then what will be the best way to schedule a backup |

The location of the client isn't really the issue. If you want to perform a backup at a specific time relative to the client but the server time is, for example, two hours removed, just adjust the backup schedule by two hours. In other words, if the server is on EST but you want to backup the database at 10PM Mountain time, schedule the EST server to run at midnight.=================================================We are far more concerned about the desecration of the flag than we are about the desecration of our land. -Wendell Berry |
