| I am confusing with below questions from my manager. Could you please answe asap.1.what is the difference between DB server and Report Server?2.To generate reports do we need connect from report server to database server?3.Can we configure Logshipping for report server to already existing DB stand by server or we need to have new server?Please let me know if you are not clear with the questions.Thank you |

I could answer ASAP but I'd only be guessing since I didn't set it up1. DB server process queries. Report Server generates reports.2. Yes, since the Report server must pull Data from the Database in order to generate the reports.3. Not sure. |
