I am searching through my error logs and i was thinking it would show someone who got disconnected from the server. But when i look through my logs all i mostly see are informational logs saying a backup was done or a transaction log was backed up. I was wondering is there somewhere i have to adjust what is actually being logged? If so how am i able to do this.

Thanks!

You could run a trace to log this, but I don't think I'd recommend it.

Why do you want to see this?

If you are looking to Audit for Failed or Success logins, You can do it Right Click Server Properties under Security tab,You can audit them.

That doesn't show disconnects.
