Yes I should have backed it up. This is a Windows Server 2003 machine with SQL 2005. It is a VM. I needed room to install updates and resized the drive SQL was installed on (system drive). SQL now will not start with a "Device is not ready" error. The ERRORLOG is useless, no info there.Please HELP! |

You mean nothing gets written to the error log at all? How about the windows logs.==========================================Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.SSIS can be used in a similar way.Beer is not cold and it isn't fizzy. |
