Author  Topic  nr SQLTeam MVY 12543 Posts Posted - 2001-04-19 : 14:50:56 Anyone had any problems with using Veritas to backup sql server databases to tape as part of a disk backup? I have a suspicion that this is the same product as Seagate backupexec which I have had problems with before - i.e. never successfully backing up an active database. I usually backup to disk first then copy that to tape but I have one company that isn't keen on that and want to leave the whole disk backup to Veritas.
