Nope you cantYou cant restore a backup created in later version to earlier version serverYou can do inverse though ie creating a backup in earlier server like 2005 and then restoring to 2008 R2 box due to backward compatibility------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------SQL Server MVPhttp://visakhm.blogspot.com/https://www.facebook.com/VmBlogs |
