| Hi I have exposed to various aspects of SQL related services to document.Since I knew the services that are associated would differ from organisation to another.But anyone can participate in this debate as what generalized views on types of services can be used.Ex:DATABASES; APPLICATIONS etc.Underlying the above there comes many aspects would be associated, in like-wise what are the other intertwined related aspects can anyone would unearth, and I strongly believe peers in this SQL world would surely comeout their expertise to highlight them.Many thanks in advance. |

| SQL Services Like Databases / Applications/ Connectivity / reporting Services / Integrated Services / Vendors Associated etcI have got very basic ideas but can't expand them.As above mentioned were to differ from various organisations but in general it is the basic nomenclature for every IT personnel especially from DBA perspective.Can now be enlarge this topic please. |

| Absolutely not for interview, But I was asked to submit the Generalised form of Various Services that might see for encountering them for future.I knew the basic nature of what we are using likeApplication side what are the services connected and viewing from Databases we do have maintenance plans / Link Servers / Users / Sql Agent Jobs and its working etc.Apart from this I could not view where I need to look from the broader Spectrum.Thanks for time and may be this would be helpful to others who may be interested. |
