| HiI am trying to create a DB Diagram and the error message says that there is no valid owner.When I first created the DB I set myself up as the owner. What else will I need to do for the DB Diagram to see me as the owner.thanksmaggs |

| couple things to look at:1. object explorer | right-click server | Register... | General tab (check to see under what security context you(object explorer) are connected to the server)2. make sure that login is either in the server role (sysadmin) or is mapped to a database user which is in the db_owner database role.Be One with the OptimizerTG |
