HI AllWhen creating a dataset in SSRS , after I procedure it just hangs for sometime and then displays the error message "Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding."when i run that query in Management studio its taking 48 secCan anyone pls advise.rk |

The default timeout is typically 30 seconds. If your report is expected to take longer, then you'll need to adjust the command timeout value.
