Break down total time to Hours & minutes

need a RS expression that converts my total call time in hours and minutes example 1234 would be 20hrs and 56 minutes . or lets say my total is 3456.21 could be rounded to 58 hrs

This one works for me:


=CStr(CInt(First(Fields!minutes.Value, "Minutes") / 60)) 
 + " hrs " + 
 CStr(Round(First(Fields!minutes.Value, "Minutes") mod 60 ,0))  
 + " minutes"
