| Hi All,We have Business Objects reports built on top SQL Server 2008 database. We have a requirement where in users should be able to access the data only through BO reports. Situation is users have access to SQL Server and to the reporting database.1. Can db role be set up in such a way that users can access data through reports but have no access to the reporting database?2. We have views built on top of table. Can object level security be set up to have access to only to views and no access to tables?We are using Windows authentication for both BO and SQL Server Login. Any help on the above questions would be much appreciated.Thanks |
