We run srss against a log ship copy of sql server 2008 r2. everything worked fine until we got below error message. We can connect to database with management studio with same credentials

Microsoft.ReportingServices.ReportProcessing.ReportProcessingException: , Microsoft.ReportingServices.ReportProcessing.ReportProcessingException: Cannot create a connection to data source 'DBNAME'. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Cannot open database "DBNAME" requested by the login. The login failed.
Login failed for user 'RptAcct'.

Your account is locked out/disabled, contact a super admin to re-enable and check the SQL password policy which will lock you out depending on the config.
