Use TRY...CATCH block:

END TRY
BEGIN CATCH
  IF @@TRANCOUNT > 0
    ROLLBACK TRAN
  SELECT ERROR_NUMBER() AS ErrorNumber, ERROR_LINE() AS ErrorLine, ERROR_MESSAGE() AS ErrorMessage
END CATCH

IF @@TRANCOUNT > 0
  COMMIT TRAN
