| When I script more than one object to multiple files, enterprise manager prefixes them with dbo. and also suffixes them with things like .TAB, or, .TRG, or .VIW. Can I turn this off? I want them to come out the same way they do when you choose to send your output to just one file. No owner and suffix = .sql.Thanks for your help. |

| No you can not turn it off. Just write some VBScript to rename them. Script would be pretty simple, remove first 4 characters, change last 3 to sql. I actually like the extensions that EM uses when scripting them out to multiple files. It allows for easy grouping.Tara |
