Sorry if my post is not clear.

I am posting again..

I want to know the detials of my login.
For example..I requested my DBA team as to grant Read only access to my login on particular DB which i don't have.

I got reply as i already have access.

Now i want to know when access granted to my login befor or after i requested to DBA team.

I mean at what time my DBA group granted Read access to my login on particular database..

Thanks,
ServerTeam

Can't you ask your DBA?

This information (date/time of grant) is not kept in SQL Server.

You can just run a simple select statement. If didn't work before but works after asking permission, you know what happens regardless whatever your dba said.
