| Gurus,When I am in Maintenance mode, The users are trying to hit the database. I want to throw some message when they are trying to hit the database while it is in maintenance mode!! Is it possible..?If possible, please help me to solve my problem.ThanksKrishna |

| Why does it matter during backups or restores? Backups are online operations. You shouldn't need to be in a specific downtime window for backups. | I just asking for specific time. Not for daily routines. Some times we used to restore the copy of production database to test server. For that purpose only i am asking to create a alert. |
