| I am in .net and trying and connecting to my database as a user with dbo permissions. When .net tries to create a new stored procedure it tells me user does not have permissionsto the schema. In the query window within sql I have no problem so it does not seem to be a permissions issue. Thanks for any and all help.R/Poser |

| Does your .net user have dbo permissions? You can only create dbo objects if you are a member of the db_owner database role.It shouldn't be dbo.test.sp but rather dbo.sp.Tara KizerMicrosoft MVP for Windows Server System - SQL Serverhttp://weblogs.sqlteam.com/tarad/Subscribe to my blog |
