| Hi Experts,Can Anyone let me know while shrinking the file which is Primary File has generated the message.DBCC SHRINKDATABASE: File ID 1 of database ID 80 was skipped because the file does not have enough free space to reclaim. |

| Ensure target size you specified is bigger than db used size. |

| You can get used size by running sp_spaceused under the db. If used size is 10gb, target file size in dbcc should be bigger than that like:dbcc shrinkfile (file_name, 11000) |
