We do run on SQL Server Express. The main database that holds the forums and articles is about 1.1 GB. There are also databases for the newsletter, advertising and the blogs. The blogs database is actually bigger than the main database. Mostly because they store every URL the site ever sees -- including the spammy URLs. I need to write a script to go clear those out one of these days.=================================================Creating tomorrow's legacy systems today. One crisis at a time. |

OrcsWeb has a script they run that backs up the databases and copies them up to their server.=================================================Creating tomorrow's legacy systems today. One crisis at a time. |

Yeah, I saw those :) I think as long as Orcsweb is providing the script and it's working I'm just going to leave it running.=================================================Creating tomorrow's legacy systems today. One crisis at a time. |
